Characteristics of turning seals and molded seals

The turning seal is a seal made of high pressure extrusion after the raw material is heated and dissolved. What is the difference between moulded hydraulic seals and mouldless turning seals?

1. Molded hydraulic seal:

The molded hydraulic seal is made by heating and melting the filled rubber with an abrasive tool. Problems exist:

1, poor density, there may be insufficient rubber filler, resulting in product defects.

2, due to the shrinkage ratio of rubber and the actual required size deviation.

3, the product appearance finish is not good.

4, special size requirements abrasive delivery time is long.

Two, no mold turning seal:

The barrel material (raw material) of the hydraulic seal is heated and melted and then extruded under high pressure.
