Installation method of the coated O-ring:
1. The parts installed or passed by such sealing rings are required to be smooth, without burrs, grooves and sharp corners, and the profile of the inner hole should reach 20 milliinches and the profile of the shaft should reach 10 milliinches;
2. Use clean light oil or grease to lubricate the surface of the sealing ring and the relevant parts in contact with it;
3, if the sealing ring is more difficult to install on the shaft, it can be immersed in hot water for a few minutes to make it expand, this softened and expanded O-ring installation is easier. Install the O-ring when it is hot, and return to its original size when it cools down;
4, do not bend the O-ring too sharply, otherwise it will cause wrinkles and affect the use.
