1. What are the inspection items of rubber seals?
1) Check whether the product is clean.
2) Check whether the product has vulcanization defects;
3) Check whether the product has edge repair/car edge defects;
4) Check whether the product has chafing defects;
5) Check whether the product has cutting defects;
6) Check whether the product has freezing, deformation and other defects.
2. What are the defect characteristics of seal products?
1) Impurities: do not fuse with the rubber material, show different colors or obvious foreign bodies on the product;
2) Cracks: obvious cracks on internal and external surfaces or other surfaces of the product;
3) Degumming: the rubber material of the product is separated from the skeleton and cannot be glued together;
4) Lack of material: the product has no obvious outline or there are individual parts without glue injection or glue injection dissatisfaction or obvious traces of rubber flow;
5) Bubbles: the surface of the product is obviously convex and spherical;
6) Flow marks: the surface of the product has obvious lines and the surface is shiny and linear;
7) Mold dirty: the surface of the product has obvious finish is not enough;
8) Mold marks: in the production process or use of the mold, the cavity is bruised, scratched and caused by the corresponding surface of the product concave limit or convex (the same cavity product defects are consistent);
9) Scalding: the surface of the product has obvious scorch phenomenon;
10) Repair: trimming parts appear button teeth, the product itself colloidal destruction;
11) Unilateral: the symmetrical part is tilted, one side is more, one side is less, or one side is not. If the upper end face of the incision has a large width on one side and a small width on the other, the wall thickness is uneven;
12) The car is broken: the cutting surface has obvious cutting marks or the cutting edge is not neat and is jagged;
13) Glue overflow: Cover the exposed parts of the exposed skeleton;
14) Miscellaneous color: due to the rubber material, mold and other reasons caused by the presence of impurities with different colors of the product rubber material;
15) Coil: the product surface wired ring exists;
16) Freezing defect: Product gap or cracking caused by freezing trimming.
3. What are the product defects?
1) Fatal defect (A) : the product can not be used, scrapped;
2) Serious defects (B) : the practicality of the product is greatly reduced, can not be used, and the product is scrapped;
3) Light defects (C) : the practicality of the product is reduced, but it does not affect the use of the product is acceptable;
4) Microdefects (D) : It has no effect on the practical performance of the product, and is purely a defect caused by imprecise manufacturing, which can be used.
4. What are the criteria for judging appearance defects?
1) Perform according to the appearance limit sealing standard when normal;
2) The product is not allowed to have degumming, cracking and other heavy defects;
3) The working face is not allowed to have impurities, cracks, scalding, lack of materials, bubbles, rotten bubbles, non-working face has less than 2mm² mold dirty, flow marks, concave and convex not more than 2 places;
4) The working face is not allowed to have any defects, the inner and outer lips of the oil seal should be kept sharp, and the inner and outer surfaces are not allowed to have axial lines;
5) Rectangular ring, cutting surface should be flat, no burrs.
