In the hydraulic pneumatic system, the role of pneumatic hydraulic seals is crucial, when the seal damage caused by system failure, most customers only know to replace the seal itself, and do not analyze the causes of seal damage failure. Even all the reasons are attributed to the quality of the seals, directly replace with better seals or imported seals, or arbitrarily change the sealing system of the hydraulic cylinder. We have found that this phenomenon is very common in the course of long-term contact with customers. Little do you know, this is very irrational.
In fact, many times, the reasons for affecting the service life and damage failure of pneumatic hydraulic seals, in addition to the quality and normal aging of the seals themselves, there are many other non-sealing factors. If these non-sealing factors are not excluded, it is useless to change to a good seal, even if it is temporarily alleviated, it is not a cure.
