3. In practice, there are almost no PTFE flanged gaskets without any auxiliary equipment. For example, the series PTFE flange gasket for high pressure application and the high temperature PTFE flange gasket must choose the corresponding auxiliary equipment.

What are the types of PTFE gaskets?

1. Pure tetrafluorogasket:

Pure tetrafluoroethylene gaskets are flat gaskets, V-shaped gaskets, piston rings and ball valve gaskets made of polytetrafluoroethylene rods, tubes and plates by mechanical turning or cutting, etc., with very good corrosion resistance, anti-aging and non-conductive characteristics. The pH value of polytetrafluoroethylene is 0-14, and it can have very good mechanical strength between -100and 100.

2. Polytetrafluoroethylene gasket:

Polytetrafluoroethylene gasket is composed of soft gasket such as asbestos rubber plate or asbestos free plate and polytetrafluoroethylene coated sheet phase combination, and V-type tetrafluoroethylene gasket is made of tetrafluoroethylene plate mechanical turning, U-type tetrafluoroethylene gasket is made of tetrafluoroethylene tape wrapped edge after heating bonded. 3. Expansion PTFE gasket:
