What are the three characteristics of fluorine rubber

1, high temperature resistance:

At present, fluorine rubber has excellent high temperature resistance. Fluorine rubber can work for a long time at 20 to 250 degrees Celsius, and can work for a short time at 300 degrees Celsius, and the heat resistance of F246 is slightly better than that of F26. The tensile strength and hardness of fluorine rubber decreased significantly with the increase of temperature. The variation of tensile strength and hardness is characterized by a rapid decrease with the increase of temperature below 150 degrees Celsius; Between 150-260 degrees Celsius, the downward trend is slow as the temperature rises.

2, heat resistant water and superheated steam performance:

The stability of rubber on hot water depends not only on the body material, but also on the combination technology of rubber. For fluororubbers, fluororubbers vulcanized with peroxide are better than amines with rubber and phenolic hydrophobic systems. It should be said that fluorine rubber heat resistant water and superheated steam performance is general, it is not as good as ethylene propylene rubber, in 180 degrees Celsius *24h after soaking in superhot water volume change does not exceed 10%, physical properties do not change much.

3, corrosion resistance:

Fluororubbers have excellent corrosion resistance, excellent stability to organic liquids, different fuel oils and lubricants, good corrosion resistance to most inorganic acids, hydrocarbons, benzene and toluene, only not resistant to low molecular enzymes, ketones and some amine compounds.
