Functional use and industry prospect of oil seal

Oil seal is a common name for a seal. In short, it is a seal of smooth oil. It is used to seal grease (oil is a common liquid substance in the transmission system, also refers to the general meaning of liquid substance) mechanical parts, it will drive the parts that need smooth parts and output parts blocked, so as not to let smooth oil leak. Static and dynamic seals (generally reciprocating motion) are called oil seals with seals

The representative of the oil seal is the TC oil seal, which is a fully coated double lip oil seal with a self-tightening tension spring, and the oil seal generally refers to the TC skeleton oil seal. Oil seals are generally divided into single type and assembly type, and the assembly type is the skeleton and lip type data. The structural analysis diagram of the skeleton oil seal structure is free combination, which is generally used for special oil seals.

The sealing effect, characteristics, structural type, working conditions and sealing mechanism of the oil seal can be divided into a variety of ways and different sealing methods, but it is generally called the oil seal, and the sealing parts of the static seal and the dynamic seal (general reciprocating motion) are called the oil seal. The representative oil seal is the TC oil seal, which is a rubber coated double lip oil seal with a self-tightening spring.

Common sealing materials include: nitrile rubber, fluorine rubber, silicone rubber, acrylic rubber, polyurethane, PTFE and so on. Nitrile rubber has good heat resistance (NBR), wear function, resistance to various lubricants, greases and smooth, oil mixtures at temperatures from -30 to 120 degrees Celsius, but phosphate ester based hydraulic oil is no longer used and mineral oil containing stable functions in gasoline and low aniline point is used in EP gear oil additives.
