1. Check whether the model, material, color and quantity marked on the outer package of O-ring are consistent with those listed on the delivery note.

3. Check the quantity of each package of O-rings with the electronic balance core by way of weighing. If there is any shortage, notify the purchasing department after counting the quantity, and store it with the actual quantity.
4, in the way of sampling with the vernier caliper to measure the size of the O-ring is qualified (tolerance range +0.1cm), sampling quantity per specification per batch: 500~1000 5%, 1000~5000 3%, 5000~10000 2%, 10000 + 1%.
5. Visually check each O-ring for burrs, flash edges and damage (inspection quantity: full inspection).
