1. Die temperature is too low

Mold temperature will form the silicone O-ring after forming the problem of not connecting, the treatment method is to adjust the mold temperature of vulcanization machine.

2. Too much pressure

If the pressure is too large, the silicone O-ring will not be connected after forming. Therefore, the treatment method during operation is to add the appropriate glue and then reduce the pressure point.

3. Too little glue material

There's too little glue. In general, adding glue can be handled, with only a false sense that feeding will make the product standard greater. The original and reduction criteria are not entirely dependent on the reduction of materials. Product standards can also be reduced by reducing pressure and adding mold temperatures.

4. The self-disassembly of the mold is too sharp

The mold can be taken to the sandblasting place, which is equivalent to polishing the self-opening of the mold. But it's better not to. Because this is a set of silicone sealing ring mold, the self-disassembly demand of the mold is very high. The original parts of the silicone molding die will be damaged during continuous use. If sandblasted deliberately, it will be difficult to remove the edges in the future.

In the selection of O-ring sealing, the first to confirm the material, temperature resistance and other parameters. This information can better reflect whether your product is suitable for use. Only in this way, all products can be used for a long time to ensure the qualified rate of products. The following are the classification and temperature resistance parameters of O-ring materials:

1. Nitrile rubber O-type sealing ring material, NBR, temperature resistance is -40-120 degrees, often used in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

2. Fluorine rubber O-type sealing ring material, FKM, high temperature resistance of -20-210 degrees, high temperature resistance, cooked oil, aromatic solvents, a variety of chemicals, chlorinated nitrogen oxide fire resistance hydraulic oil.

3. Perfluorinated rubber O-type sealing ring material, FFKM, temperature resistance is -20-320 degrees, has excellent solvent resistance, wide application safety planning.

4. Ethylene propylene rubber O-type sealing ring material, EPDM, temperature resistance is -30-150 degrees, steam, boiling water, high temperature gas, weak acid, containing phosphate ester fire resistance hydraulic oil, not suitable for mineral oil.

5. Silicone rubber O-type sealing ring material, VMQ, temperature resistance of -40-210 degrees, heat resistance, atmosphere and water. Suitable for static sealing.

6. Neoprene rubber O-type sealing ring material, CR, temperature resistance is -60 to 230 degrees, has excellent anti-aging, water monitoring function, often used in the cooling industry.

7. Fluorine silicone rubber O-type sealing ring material, FMVQ, temperature resistance is -60 to 210 degrees, has excellent high temperature resistance, low temperature function, often used in oil resistance, fire resistance places.

8. Polyurethane O-type sealing ring material, PU, temperature resistance is -50-100 degrees, has good heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance.

9. Tetrafluoroidal sealing ring material, Tetrafluoroidal sealing ring material mainly has two kinds, one, FEP/ silicone core, temperature resistance of -60 to 205 degrees, Shore hardness of 900 degrees ±5. 2, FEP/ fluorine rubber core, -70-205 degrees, Shore hardness of 900 degrees ±5.

Generally speaking, silicone O-ring is a widely used silicone product. The most common reason for silicone O-ring forming is that the burr is too thin.
