The main technology and characteristics of hydrogenated nitrile O-type sealing ring

Hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber is used less than nitrile butadiene rubber, which is also common in O-type seals. However, due to the comprehensive performance of hydrogenated nitrile rubber is also better, it is often used in O-type sealing rings. Next, Delon product experts will introduce the main processes and characteristics of hydrogenated nitrile O-type seals.

Hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber is a highly saturated elastomer obtained from nitrile butadiene rubber after a unique hydrogenation treatment. Hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber is a nitrile butadiene rubber saturated double bond by hydrogenation, generally divided into full saturation and a small number of double bond residues. Completely saturated can not be cured with sulfur, can be cured with peroxide; A small amount of double bond residues can be sulfurized. Hydrogenated nitrile O-type sealing ring has strong oil resistance, good oil resistance to fuel oil, grease and aromatic solvent.

Hydrogenated nitrile O-rings have the following characteristics due to their highly saturated structure:

1, good heat resistance, generally -60 to 180 degrees;

2, good solvent corrosion resistance, good resistance to freon, acid and alkali;

3, excellent ozone resistance, high compression and permanent deformation resistance;

4, with high toughness, good wear resistance, high tear performance and other characteristics.

The above are the main processes and characteristics of hydrogenated nitrile O-type sealing rings, but because of the different conditions of each product, the materials used will be different.
